Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow during weekend shifts to ensure 100% efficiency.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates and logistics staff.
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the management team for restocking needs.
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly during off-hours.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are maintained and in safe working condition.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proven leadership experience supervising a team of 5 or more employees.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
