Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock accuracy to minimize discrepancies.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently and address customer inquiries during weekend shifts.
- Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate necessary maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management.
- Forklift certification and valid driver's license are required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus.
