Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 weekend associates with performance coaching
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all weekend activities
- Coordinate cross-functional handovers with weekday teams for operational continuity
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Manage weekend inventory counts and reconciliation processes
- Resolve escalated customer and vendor issues during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and inventory management software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions during off-peak hours
- Excellent problem-solving skills for weekend operational challenges
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
