Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and staff activities during weekend shifts to ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of hospitality professionals to maintain high service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for restocking and ordering.
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews to foster a positive work culture.
- Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile daily reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
