Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ weekend associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend logistics efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with weekday management teams for seamless handovers and operational continuity
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Generate weekend performance reports and present actionable insights to leadership
- Manage weekend vendor relationships and troubleshoot operational challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of warehouse/operations management experience with weekend shift exposure
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- Advanced problem-solving skills for weekend operational escalations
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for facility inspections
