Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations for the weekend shift (Friday – Sunday).
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse associates and drivers.
- Ensure all safety protocols, inventory control, and quality assurance standards are met.
- Monitor shipping and receiving schedules to guarantee on-time delivery performance.
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints with professionalism and speed.
- Prepare and review shift reports, including performance metrics and attendance records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail management.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
