Responsibilities
- Execute efficient pick, pack, and ship operations for high-volume orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock rotation to prevent spoilage or loss.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Perform daily quality control checks to ensure all outgoing shipments meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency during peak weekend hours.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and workplace regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with handheld scanners preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
