Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory tracking during weekend rushes.
- Logistics Coordination: Process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and verify order accuracy to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the weekday team to ensure a smooth transition between shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid ID: Must possess a valid driver’s license and social security number.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in using computer systems and handheld devices.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability.
