Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily inventory audits and stock replenishment for the weekend shift.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth operational handover.
- Maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and workplace compliance standards.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and logistical challenges efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor part-time staff on standard operating procedures and quality control measures.
- Process shipments and manage outbound logistics with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a significant plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
