Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end logistics workflow for weekend shifts, ensuring timely delivery and processing.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve urgent issues and maintain service level agreements.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance across all warehouse operations.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outgoing shipments to minimize errors.
- Mentor junior staff members and provide training on standard operating procedures.
- Generate and review weekly operational reports to track productivity metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work full-time weekend schedules (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
