Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and supervise warehouse activities to ensure smooth workflow during weekend shifts.
- Inventory Management: Execute accurate receiving, stocking, and inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to all operational guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support a team of shift workers, providing clear instructions and feedback to ensure high productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on products and procedures to minimize errors and maximize customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
