Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, inventory management, and distribution processes during weekend shifts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in stock replenishment to maintain optimal warehouse conditions.
- Resolve operational discrepancies and provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and generate accurate reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in logistics or business preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or customer service operations is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for full-time hours.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and inventory management software is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
