Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational activities during weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday) to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics associates, conducting daily briefings and shift handovers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders to prevent stock shortages during busy periods.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues immediately to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements to optimize weekend workflow.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexible weekend schedules, including holidays and overtime.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
