Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations and inventory reconciliation during weekend shifts.
- Supervise a team of 5-7 warehouse associates to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Conduct safety audits and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Train new staff on operational procedures and equipment usage (forklifts, scanners).
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday management team to report on weekend performance metrics.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Experience in a supervisory or lead role is highly desirable.
- Valid Forklift Operator certification is required.
- Strong computer proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for occasional overtime.
