Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and logistics processes during weekend shifts.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates to ensure productivity and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the receiving department.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve operational issues immediately and provide on-the-job training to new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and prepare weekly shift reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (Full-time weekend schedule).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
