Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure workstations and aisles are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Thursday team to ensure seamless handover of orders.
- Maintain high-quality standards for product presentation and packaging.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers within tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or WMS.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) on rotating shifts.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
