Responsibilities
- Manage weekend inventory control and order processing operations
- Coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, and shipping
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Train and mentor weekend team members on operational procedures
- Generate weekend performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Resolve operational issues with minimal disruption to service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or operations experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Proficient in warehouse management software
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-6PM)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license required
