As the Weekend Operations Specialist, you will be the face of our weekend operations. You will oversee daily workflows, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure our logistics standards are met with precision. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can lead a small team and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations during weekend shifts.
- Manage inventory stock levels, perform cycle counts, and process incoming shipments.
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 hourly associates to ensure productivity and safety compliance.
- Monitor quality control standards and resolve operational discrepancies immediately.
- Prepare accurate reports for management regarding weekend performance metrics.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday management team to ensure seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.
- Proven leadership experience or ability to work autonomously in a team setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
