Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations across multiple service locations in San Diego
- Manage and mentor teams of 10-15 weekend staff members
- Optimize customer flow and service delivery during peak weekend hours
- Implement inventory management systems for weekend-specific supplies
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in weekend-focused retail/hospitality management
- Proven track record of leading teams during high-volume periods
- Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced weekend environments
- Availability to work exclusively Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Proficiency in scheduling software and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication skills with diverse customer demographics
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
