Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend resort operations including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Directly manage 15+ staff members during peak weekend shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational challenges with exceptional service
- Implement weekend-specific operational strategies and training programs
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transition of operations
- Monitor inventory and resource allocation for weekend demand
- Conduct performance reviews and development sessions for weekend staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hospitality or resort management with weekend leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage large teams during high-volume periods
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
