Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations across 3 premium hospitality locations
- Manage 15+ staff members during peak Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Optimize service delivery and guest satisfaction metrics
- Implement weekend-specific revenue strategies
- Coordinate inventory and resource allocation for weekend demand
- Conduct performance reviews and training sessions
- Resolve escalated guest issues with exceptional service
- Analyze weekend performance data for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hospitality/retail management
- Proven weekend shift leadership experience
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of San Diego tourism market preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced scheduling and resource management abilities
- Valid California driver's license
- Flexible availability including all weekends and holidays
