Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse operations and inventory management during weekend shifts
- Process and fulfill high-volume customer orders with precision
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend transitions
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Train and mentor new weekend staff as needed
- Prepare detailed shift reports for weekday handover
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and inventory software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
