Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations and inventory management
- Supplement 15-person weekend fulfillment team
- Execute quality control protocols for weekend shipments
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking
- Train weekend staff on safety procedures and equipment
- Generate weekend performance reports for Monday review
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handoffs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse/operations management
- OSHA Forklift certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong weekend shift availability (mandatory Sat/Sun)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours
- Experience leading teams of 10+ employees
- Valid California driver's license
