Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse activities during weekend shifts to maintain operational efficiency
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and order fulfillment processes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Conduct quality control inspections and document discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve weekend operational issues
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per safety standards
- Generate weekend performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or operations experience strongly preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and operate equipment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
