Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Monitor supply chain systems and resolve operational issues in real-time
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding weekend shipments
- Maintain accurate documentation of weekend activities and performance metrics
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend operational efficiency
- Train and support weekend team members on standard operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during weekend shifts
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
