Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead cross-functional teams to maintain service levels during peak weekend hours
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend workflow efficiency
- Monitor and report operational KPIs to leadership team
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Manage weekend vendor relationships and supply chain logistics
- Train and mentor weekend staff on operational procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
- Proven ability to lead teams in weekend/holiday environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in WMS and ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid Washington state driver's license required
- Experience with OSHA safety compliance
- Ability to work flexible weekends with occasional holiday shifts
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
