As the Weekend Operations Manager, you will be the face of our brand during peak hours, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Supervision: Direct and supervise a team of 5-10 employees during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Operations: Manage all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
- Customer Service: Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Inventory: Conduct daily stock counts and manage product displays to ensure accuracy and visual appeal.
- Training: Train new hires and mentor existing staff on company policies and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail or hospitality.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team, motivate staff, and foster a positive work environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
