Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all weekend logistics operations to ensure maximum efficiency and safety compliance.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee the accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team of associates during shift hours to maintain high morale and productivity.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce strict company protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Resolve operational issues in real-time and communicate critical updates to upper management.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in top working condition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
