Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during weekend shifts, ensuring 100% operational uptime.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse associates and logistics staff.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent downtime.
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints swiftly to maintain high service standards.
- Prepare and review weekly performance reports and operational metrics.
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and functioning correctly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
