Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations during weekend shifts.
- Manage inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock placement.
- Lead a team of 5-10 employees, providing training, feedback, and support.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the week-day management team to align weekend goals with weekly targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
