Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow efficiency during weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct accurate stock checks.
- Lead and mentor a small team of warehouse associates.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely loading and unloading of trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail management.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.
