Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend clinical staff including nurses, medical assistants, and support personnel
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards during weekend operations
- Manage patient flow, appointment scheduling, and resource allocation
- Handle escalated patient concerns and resolve operational issues promptly
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and emergency services as needed
- Conduct weekend staff training and performance evaluations
- Prepare weekend operations reports for leadership review
- Implement process improvements for weekend patient care efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 3+ years healthcare management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic or Cerner preferred)
- Valid Texas healthcare management certification
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency strongly preferred
