Responsibilities
- Synchronize patient appointments and weekend care schedules across departments
- Facilitate seamless communication between patients, families, and medical teams
- Manage electronic health records with HIPAA-compliant accuracy
- Coordinate weekend discharge planning and post-care instructions
- Assist in triage and emergency response protocols during weekend shifts
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and weekend operational readiness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year healthcare coordination or clinical support experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency in Epic or EHR systems
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (7 AM - 7 PM)
- High school diploma; Associate's degree preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
