We are looking for professionals who are available for full-time weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) with immediate availability. Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all daily warehouse and logistics operations during Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Lead a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, conducting morning briefings and effective shift handovers.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock accuracy, and oversee the shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Address operational challenges in real-time to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.
- Collaborate with the Weekday Management team to align weekend goals with weekly operational targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management.
- Proven leadership experience with a specific track record of managing weekend shifts effectively.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain best practices.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Valid Forklift Operator License (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a strong problem-solving aptitude.
