Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse staff and coordinate daily workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize storage solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Train and mentor new team members on operational procedures
- Collaborate with weekday managers for operational continuity
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and operational issues
- Generate performance reports and implement improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse or logistics management
- Proven leadership experience in weekend/holiday operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
