Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Supervise shift staff and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize logistics processes using WMS software and data analytics
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct quality control audits and documentation reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless handoffs
- Train new weekend shift personnel on SOPs and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
