Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 weekend staff members
- Coordinate with weekday teams for seamless handovers and operational continuity
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend efficiency and productivity
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain safety standards
- Generate weekend performance reports and data-driven insights
- Manage vendor relationships and weekend supply chain activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in operations or logistics management with weekend shift experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- Valid California driver's license (required for occasional site visits)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
