Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the warehouse team during weekend shifts to ensure all operations are completed on time.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock placement to minimize errors and maximize efficiency.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct daily safety inspections of the warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday management team to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or personnel conflicts immediately.
- Train new employees on standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Manage weekend overtime and staffing requirements to meet peak demand.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
