Responsibilities

- Lead a team of 15-20 staff members during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Coordinate inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation logistics
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend productivity metrics
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers and continuity
- Generate weekend performance reports and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics or operations management experience
- Proven leadership in weekend or shift-based environments
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- OSHA certification and safety management expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Ability to work independently and drive results autonomously
