Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend logistics operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation coordination
- Lead and mentor weekend staff through daily briefings, performance coaching, and conflict resolution
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to optimize weekend productivity
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements during weekend shifts
- Coordinate cross-functional handovers with weekday teams to maintain operational continuity
- Generate weekend performance reports and present actionable insights to senior leadership
- Manage weekend emergency response protocols and operational disruptions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in logistics, warehouse management, or operations leadership
- Proven experience managing weekend or overnight shift operations
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems and logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management experience
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
