Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency during peak weekend hours
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Generate and analyze weekend performance reports for continuous improvement
- Train and mentor weekend staff on operational procedures and technology systems
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and operational issues with urgency
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure weekend environments
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adjust schedule during peak operational periods
- Experience with inventory control and safety audits preferred
