Responsibilities
- Lead 15-20 member weekend fulfillment team with daily performance metrics and KPI management
- Coordinate warehouse operations, inventory control, and last-mile delivery logistics
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend throughput and reduce operational costs
- Conduct quality assurance audits and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
- Manage vendor relationships and troubleshoot supply chain disruptions
- Generate weekend performance reports and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in warehouse/operations management with weekend scheduling experience
- Proven leadership in cross-functional teams of 15+ members
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in WMS and inventory management systems
- OSHA certification and safety management expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- Experience scaling operations during peak demand periods
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
