Responsibilities

- Coordinate 15-20 member weekend team through daily briefings, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Optimize delivery routes using real-time GPS tracking and AI-powered logistics software
- Implement process improvements to reduce delivery times by 15% quarterly
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operational handoffs and data sharing
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company service standards
- Generate weekly performance reports and present actionable insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics, warehouse management, or operations leadership
- Proven experience managing teams of 10+ employees in high-volume environments
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software (e.g., Route4Me, LogiNext) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities with track record of optimizing complex workflows
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional team coordination
