Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse and distribution operations
- Manage 15-20 person team including scheduling and performance reviews
- Implement process improvements for weekend workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with weekday managers for operational continuity
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory and supply chain metrics
- Resolve operational escalations and client inquiries
- Prepare weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 5+ years in logistics/warehouse management
- Proven experience leading weekend operations teams
- Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory systems
- OSHA certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
