Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 weekend staff members
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements for weekend efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns appropriately
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of logistics/operations management experience
- Proven leadership skills with weekend shift management experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
