Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage a team of 10-15 weekend staff, scheduling and delegating tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with weekday team for seamless handoffs
- Implement and optimize safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Generate weekend performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with logistics vendors to ensure timely weekend deliveries
- Train new weekend staff on equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse or operations management experience
- Proven leadership experience with weekend or shift-based teams
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in WMS software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
