Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain 99.8% on-time delivery performance
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for weekend operational efficiency
- Lead weekend staff training and performance optimization programs
- Monitor KPIs and generate real-time performance reports for senior leadership
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless operational handoffs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in logistics/operations management
- Proven track record leading weekend or overnight operations teams
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and TMS software (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making experience
- OSHA certification and hazardous materials handling knowledge
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Available to work every Saturday and Sunday with weekday flexibility
