- Oversee all weekend store operations including staffing, inventory, and customer experience
- Lead and mentor weekend retail team (8-12 associates) through performance coaching
- Execute strategic merchandising and visual standards to maximize weekend sales
- Implement loss prevention protocols and maintain store security
- Analyze weekend sales data and implement action plans for growth
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handoffs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years retail management experience with weekend shift leadership
