Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 3-4 high-volume hospitality venues during weekends
- Manage and mentor 15+ staff members across multiple departments
- Implement and optimize service protocols to enhance guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory, budget adherence, and cost-control measures
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for seamless weekend operations
- Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain brand standards
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- 5+ years of hospitality operations management experience
- Proven track record in high-volume weekend environments
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Texas Food Manager certification required
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/holidays
