Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend handovers
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend operational efficiency
- Manage weekend staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Generate weekend performance reports and operational analytics
- Resolve escalated customer and vendor issues during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- 5+ years in logistics/warehouse management with weekend shift experience
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management background
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems and inventory control methodologies
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during off-peak hours
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- OSHA certification and forklift operation experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
